An aspect of the definition of love is the unconditional acceptance of another's reality. This acceptance is at an even deeper level than one's own personality or persona. It is accepting one's very essence. As you allow people to go beyond you, so you grow. It is a poor student who does not surpass his teacher. Do what you can to contribute to the world so that the world will be a better place - not for the world's sake, as the world is perfect just the way it is, but for your own sake. Don't sacrifice - ever. Service is not sacrifice. Know that each person you draw to yourself is a different aspect of your own being. Each person is a part of you. Yourself. It is 'you' in a different body. This is a Universal Law. Open yourself up to the deepening of this awareness. Know that you are no better than anyone else. It is important to go beyond the dualism, and the feeling of separateness - aloneness. Remove the wall that you may sense between yourself and another, until you feel the unity that is between the person and yourself. Reach that exquisite level of oneness with all things. Peace can only be made by those who are peaceful, and love can only be shown by those who love. If you learn to love, you will do all things well.
